1. About the platform

Move for Good is a sport-based fundraising platform that connects athletes (fundraisers), donors, and nonprofit organizations (NGOs). Fundraisers create campaigns tied to sporting activities and select an NGO beneficiary, while donors contribute directly to the chosen cause.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and campaign information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Using the platform lawfully and not misrepresenting campaigns, beneficiaries, or fundraising goals.
• Respecting other users, NGOs, and platform staff.

3. Campaign creation rules

Campaigns must be tied to a legitimate sporting activity and a valid NGO beneficiary. To protect the integrity of our mission, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Campaigns based on sports or activities that involve animal exploitation or cruelty (for example, hunting, trophy fishing, or any activity that harms animals for sport).
• Campaigns promoting illegal, hateful, or discriminatory activity.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive fundraising.

We reserve the right to review, pause, or remove any campaign that violates these rules.

4. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior. You may also request deletion of your account at any time, subject to our data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability disclaimer

Move for Good provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, the conduct of other users, or the actions of NGOs receiving donations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
