This Donation Policy is placeholder content and will be replaced with final legal text. It explains how donations are handled on Move for Good.

1. Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable once they have been transferred to the beneficiary NGO. Because funds are passed on to nonprofits to put to use for their cause, we are usually unable to reverse a completed donation. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request.

2. Disputes

If you have a dispute about a donation — for example, a suspected unauthorized charge or a campaign that misrepresented its purpose — please reach out to us with the relevant details. We will investigate, may pause the campaign while reviewing, and will coordinate with the NGO and payment provider where appropriate to reach a fair resolution.

3. Optional platform tip

When you donate, you may be offered the option to add a voluntary tip to support Move for Good. This tip is entirely optional, separate from your donation to the NGO, and helps us operate and improve the platform. You can adjust or remove the tip before completing your donation.
